Our professional and office staff members place the highest
priority on maintaining the confidentiality of patient
information. Our office practices are fully HIPAA compliant.
All new clients are provided with a written “Patient
Notice of Privacy Practices,” which details how
we will protect your trust and confidence in our services.
Insurance Information
Although many clients are self-pay, most services are also
covered by a variety of private and public insurance,
including Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Health Advantage,
First Source, Blue Advantage, ARKids First/Medicaid,
and Aetna. Uninsured families with financial need are
eligible to take advantage of a reduced fee schedule.
